Well, Michelle, you and the team at CSE have once again proved to me that being your Distributor partner is the best way to serve my customers. You may have forgotten in the piles and piles of "RUSHES" you get but this is not the first time that you have managed to turn an item around within hours to keep a customer from having to lose profit, production and / or peace of mind.

However, this is the first time I have taken the time to thank you with a note. It has been a pleasure working with everyone there and I have no regrets in choosing CSE as my preferred (and virtually only) repair partner. The flexibility of my Sales Representatives to help expedite turn around times, the tenacity and follow through of customer service and hard work of the technical team helps me do the best I can for my (our) customers...THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
