To find the most effecient way to use Paragon, follow the steps shown below or jump directly to any part of the process:
Contact
Call or email the Customer Service office nearest you 24 hours a day. With a few simple questions we can begin the processing your repair or replacement. If we can exchange controls, a quote is generated immediately.
You can also fill out an on-line form that is forwarded directly to our Customer Service department. They will return a quote for service to you within 18 hours.
Ship
Ship in the product for repair. If a local sales office is near by, it may be quicker for us to come and pick up the product. If not we can help you find the best and quickest method to get the suspect control into the right Paragon facility.
Evaluation
Once logged into our system with a "lifetime" ID number, your product moves to the appropriate department for initial evaluation and quoting of the repair.
Quote
A cost quote for the repair is generated. It is available on both the Internet or by fax. You can approve the repair by email, fax, or a call to customer service. Be sure to have your company purchase order number.
Repair
Once your product is repaired and tested, it is foamed packaged and/or static bagged and returned via the method you designate. We can ship rush or regular ground. In most cases a complete repair report is included in the package.
Payment
If credit is established, the invoice is generated the following day. Credit terms are net 30 with 1% at 10 days. All locations accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
