PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS
PHOENIX, ARIZONA SALES MANAGER POSITION:
Paragon Pacific is a full service industrial hydraulic, electronic and servo control repair and exchange facility. With our expansion out west, our newest location is in Henderson Nevada . At this new location we have an opportunity to join one of the most respected companies in the repair industry. We are looking for an energetic, self motivated sales manager, with at least 3 to 5 years experience. Presentation and customer skills are a must, as well as knowledge of repair operations. You will be the manager of the Paragon Pacific Sales team. These duties include but are not limited to:
· Ability to manage sales staff, projected sales achievements are a must
· Strong background in sales and service
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Good working knowledge of repair industry
· Ability to be a team leader with employee development in sales skills
· Maintaining sales territories and developing new ones
· High energy and development of leadership ability
· Create an atmosphere for growth in sales for west coast
