Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy and Procedures for Paragon Technologies,
Inc., Paragon Canada, Paragon Atlantic and Paragon Pacific
products used in industrial applications. Paragon Technologies,
Inc., Paragon Canada, and Paragon Atlantic, hereinafter
"Paragon", warrants all products manufactured,
remanufactured, or repaired by it to be free from defects
in material and workmanship under normal operating
conditions and proper application in accordance with
the specifications for operation as described by the
manufacturer for the period of twelve (12) months in
service and no more than twenty four (24) months on-shelf.

Return Policy
This policy is in effect for all Paragon Locations.
Paragon Technologies, Paragon Canada, Paragon
Atlantic and Paragon Pacific.
All returns require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization)
number, which can be obtained by contacting our
customer service department or emailing us at the link below.

All original equipment, components, manuals, cables,
documents and packaging must be returned with your
item in order for us to process your return.
Physically damaged items cannot be returned. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
This fee will be waived if replacement unit is
ordered at a comparable cost.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number
or part number/sticker will automatically
void
the Return Policy. Products that are returned with a
missing, damaged or altered number will be refused
RGA service and returned to the customer.
